Computer-Aided-Design

Primarily solid modeling but also skilled and experienced in Class A surface modeling should the need present itself.

Finite Element Analysis

Mechanical event simulation with non-linear materials using Algor software.  A summary of the capabilities of this program can be viewed at this link to a page in Algor's website.

Subtractive prototyping - CNC

Since the great majority of medical devices are relatively small in size, we have a small, precision, 3-axis CNC mill on-site in order to produce prototypes along with a manual mill and lathe.
